HOBIJ: Greatest Flex Place to Work. Sounds good, doesn’t it? I believe it really does! First, because it means, that we, an office of temporary employment, take our job seriously. We want the best for all of our employees, you included. We want our company to be considered an excellent employer. Your wish is our command. This is something we believe is of utmost importance.
For this reason HOBIJ sometime ago decided to commission an opinion survey of employees by the Great Place to Work® Institute Nederland BV (GPTW-NL) company. The survey will help our understanding of whether there is something that our company, in terms of being an employer, needs to improve on, and if so, what exactly. What do you think of HOBIJ as your employer and do you like your work environment? This is something I find very interesting!
Internet questionnaire
All our employees, irrespective of their country of origin, are invited to take part in the survey. Please give your opinion (anonymously) on the operation of the company by completing the questionnaire online. On 3 October 2011 GPTW-NL will send an email request to every employee to take part in the survey. The message will include a link that you can follow to access the questionnaire. I would really appreciate if you could take the time to complete it.
Anonymity
I would like to take this opportunity to stress that you can reply to the questions in a frank and open manner, and not be afraid to state your opinion. Once you answer all the questions, the questionnaire will be immediately transferred to Great Place to Work Institute. Your answers will remain anonymous, while the information obtained will be processed in compliance with all the requirements of confidentiality. No HOBIJ employee will have access to your answers.
On-going procedure
The findings of the survey will serve as the basis for a review of changes that HOBIJ, the employer, needs to undertake. It is simply impossible to implement all changes in a single move. I would therefore like to ask for your patience, because implementation of all the changes will be time consuming. At the same time, once all the changes are implemented, new areas for improvement will appear. The optimisation of the company is therefore on on-going procedure, something that HOBIJ lives by daily. Once the survey is complete, we will announce its key findings.
Improve your employer
Let me stress the importance of taking part in the survey yet again. If you have an opinion on HOBIJ in terms of an employer, please let us know it by taking part in the survey. This is the only way we can know what we need to change and make our employees happy. By taking part in the survey, you can improve your employer!
